On a procurement item, you can fill in important dates for the procurement, such as the desired delivery date, delivery time, tender time and evaluation time. You can also indicate when the project is due to start.

Once you have filled in these dates, the Time Schedule tab will show you a view of these dates, highlighting when you must send the enquiry, tender and place the order by in order to receive your goods by the start of the project.
