Create templates for inspections, quality rounds, environmental rounds or safety rounds, for example. Then use the mobile app to check the points. Report deviations that need to be addressed directly via the app.

A patrol template is required for patrolling, see Create template.

1. Press Menu.

2. Press Patrol.

3. Press + to start a new patrol.
   (Press an ongoing patrol in the list to continue a previously started patrol.)

4. Select template

5. Tap on a task to select the action (alternatively, swipe to the right to approve or to the left to delete or report deviation).

6. Select the action.
   – Approve (approve)
   – Delete (delete from the patrol)
   – Report (report deviation)

7. If a discrepancy is to be reported, fill in the form.
8. Press Save. A patrol task is created and a notification is sent to the recipient.

9. Press Done when you have completed all the information or if you want to save and continue later.

10. Fill in the form.
    – Fill in the file name.
    – Select the folder where the protocol will be saved.
    – Select any users who participated.
11. Press Save.
