This article describes how to conduct a round in the DOX mobile app, for example for inspections, quality rounds, or safety rounds. The article covers all steps – from starting a new round and selecting a template, to reviewing items, reporting deviations, and saving the completed report.
Create templates for, for example, inspections, quality rounds, environmental rounds, or safety rounds. Then use the mobile app to verify the items and report deviations that need to be addressed – directly through the app.

How to conduct a round
Follow the steps below to start and conduct a round in the mobile app.
Step 1 – Tap Menu.

Step 3 – Tap + to start a new round. If you want to continue a round you have already started, tap it in the list instead.

Step 4 – Select a template.

Step 5 – Tap an item to select an action. You can also swipe the item to the right to approve it, or to the left to delete it or report a deviation.

Step 6 – Select an action for the item:
- Approve – approve
- Delete – delete from the round
- Report – report a deviation

Step 7 – If you are to report a deviation, fill in the form that is displayed.
Step 8 – Tap Save. A round case is created and a notification is sent to the recipient.

Step 9 – Tap Done when you are finished with all items, or if you want to save and continue at a later time.

Step 10 – Complete the form:
- Enter a filename.
- Select the folder where the report should be saved.
- Optionally select the users who participated.
