Next Project:

VAT invoice containing only the VAT amount can now be created using the new "Add VAT Invoice" button in the invoice module in Next. Please note that the invoice must be manually entered in the accounting system, as the integrations are not yet developed to handle VAT invoices.

Side panels have been added to Booked hours - Project Hours and Person Hours showing connected work order rows and salary additions. The previous view remains and opens by double-clicking as before. To navigate around and view reported rows in the new side panel, single-click is used instead.

When copy a journal entry an option is included in the Copy dialogue "Copy comment from orderrows" which include the comment in the orderow for the new Journal entry.

The performed date when adding an orderrow in Journal 2.0 is always pre-set to the same date as the Journal entry (date) when adding orderrows manually in the client version. The option to change the date is still possible.

The notes section in the PDF report in Journal 2.0 has been widen to make the notes easier to read.

It is now possible to import checklist templates in Administration - Communication - Checklist.

E-Invoice:

When supplier invoice is created with leasing account no in e-Invoice, half vat is automatically set

We have split the OCR/reference field in e-Invoice into two fields - OCR and ReferenceNo. If the payment reference is a valid OCR its value will be kept in the OCR field, and otherwise in the ReferenceNo field
