Resource planning:
- Deleting planned items from resource planning now needs confirmation.
- A workorder that is planned for more than one day appears in the mobile for all days that are included in the planning
- Related workorders are marked in the resource planning.
The number of the progress payment is now displayed for each payment in the payment plan module, payment plan reports, and invoice created from payment plan.
For a journal entry you can now “Get notes” from Workorder, Variation Order, Deviation order and Booked hours for a another date than the journal entry creation date.
When press "Get notes" the dialogue is opened as before but with one addition, a date picker. Choose project and date and the
Workorder, Deviation order and Variation order for the choosen project are listed if there are any notes for that date.
Added a new right under Groups/Permissions that allows users to access the "VAT Invoice" functionality. Contact Next support to get it activated.
There is a new possibility to activate a second markup field on invoice rows. Contact Next support to get it activated.
Added the ability to generate a purchase order report in the Procurement module. Also, the "Contract Date" field in Procurement is now automatically populated (if empty) when a purchase order number is created.
Next project, new mobile solution:
A number of adjustments and fixes have been made since we launched our new mobile solution for you to work in if you wish. Here are some of them listed below:
- Favorite lists are sorted alfabetically within own groups.
- Fixed a bug preventing to see last article row in time
- Now using the setting for break calculation in new mobile when using start and stop.
- New boot up splash screen
- Added new parameter to not autoset workorder when reporting time in new mobile and there are multiple workorders on project
- Now possible to add activity and location to time posts from when working with budget.
- Possible to sort workorder list on project number
Next DOX
- The forms for ordering new projects have been simplified and clarified. All order paths should now have the same fields and they have also been clarified regarding the information required for orders.
- Direct links to tasks have been added to the task reminders sent out when a task has passed its due date. This allows faster access to the intended tasks.
- The Help and Remote Support links within the projects have been updated and now point to our new Helpdesk where you can find more information about the different features available.
