New version of Next e-Invoice released on the evening of October 5!
On the evening of October 5, we will release a new version of Next e-Invoice. It includes many highly anticipated new features.
New functionality that will be available to everyone immediately:
- New layout
- Ability for a later approval step to escalate an approval
- Ability to assign a substitute for a user for a limited period, such as during a vacation.
- Partial approval of invoices; accounting lines are allocated and approved per project
- Access to the vendor register directly in Next e-Invoice
- Access to the vendor history tab
Important! If you work in Next e-Invoice and do not make any changes to your system immediately, you can continue working exactly as usual. Approval workflows and approval limits will be applied in the same way as before, and permissions will be applied in the same way as before. You do not need to make any changes or activate anything.
New functionality available for use at release as needed:
- Preliminary postings (activated by Next Support)
- Accruals (activated by Next Support) Available for Visma Administration at release; other integrations will be available shortly. Keep an eye out in our regular release notes!
