Updated over a week ago

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Select the project that should be the parent project for your new project.

  2. Create the new project by clicking on the '+' button on the parent project's main page (Project information)

Note: Ensure that all project information is empty before filling in any details! (The fields for Project start and Mark up template are filled in automatically).

The fields marked in red must be filled in for the project to be saved. The following fields are mandatory:

  • Project name

  • Project manager

  • Customer

  • Status

The project number is generated automatically and should not be filled in manually. Click Save when the required fields are filled in.

It is also recommended to fill in the remaining fields to categorise your projects in order to follow up on your projects. To read more about categorising projects click here. ****link****

When you click Save, the Hourly rate box will pop up. If you are not setting unique costs/prices for this client or project, simply click Close when the box appears.

If you wish to set customer or project-specific costs/prices you do so here. Once you have set prices, you will be asked if you want to save changes when you click Close. Click Yes.

Now, the project is set up under the project you selected when starting (in this example, under 10 Contracts) and has been assigned an automatic project number.

You are now done! Statuses control which projects are visible on Mobile. The default settings are that the statuses New, Admin, and Completed are not visible on Mobile.
