How to reset your password on iPhone/iPad/iOS

To change your password, you'll need to open the CHECKD Field app on your device. On the login screen, tap Forgot password? Then enter the email address you use to log in to CHECKD and tap Send Password Reset Email. An email with instructions on how to reset your password will be sent straight to your inbox.

  • Please note: The link included in the email is only valid for 30 minutes. If it has expired, simply repeat the same steps to request a new link.

  • Can't find the email? Make sure to check your trash or spam folder if the email isn't showing up in your main inbox.
