Fill out Forms (Checklists) in the Field app

Forms (Checklists) are used to collect data in a structured way, and with the Next Field app, you can have Form templates ready to use whenever you need them.

Let's say you plan to do an SJA (Safety Job Analysis), have the Field app ready, and are logged in. Then you can do the following steps to start filling out the Form:

  1. Open the Field app

  2. Open the project you have in mind

  3. Find the plus icon (+) and click on it (It shows at the bottom of your screen, centered on iOS devices and to the right on Android devices)

  4. Scroll or search in your Forms template list to find the template you have in mind.

  5. Click on the correct template to open it and start filling out the information

  6. Remember to click 'Save' before you exit the document

  7. When saving, give the document a suited name, e.g. Kings Road 1 - SJA - 07.27.2022

NB! To be able to make Forms templates and use them in the Next Field app, you need to have the 'Forms Pro' module activated on your company's license. If you are interested in this functionality, please contact support for more information.
