In work orders, there is an option to add a checklist that can be used from a mobile device.
In Next Project
Select a work order, click on the Checklist tab, and create a new checklist by clicking on the + under Checklists. Once you have created a checklist, select it and to the right, under Items, add the items you want to include in the list.
If you create a checklist on the Scope of Order work order, it will automatically be copied to the other work orders added to the project.
Assign the work order to each employee in the field by specifying the Responsible serviceman, Responsible supervisor, or a group through the Work pool field.
In Next Mobile:
In the mobile app, choose the relevant work order via the Assigned to me or Pool tab.
The checklist is listed under Work order checklist and can be checked off by the person who completed the task or is responsible for reporting. The Checked date is set automatically. Add a comment if additional notes are desired.
