Creating an 'Item' in web.checkd.it, can be done in two different ways.

Create an Item pinned on a drawing/blueprint:

1. Log in to web.checkd.it

2. Find the project you have in mind and open the relevant drawing from the 'Drawing' tab.

3. Click on 'New item' and a new window will appear

4. Click on the drawing in the window that appears, to be able to pin the location and start editing the 'Item'.

5. Now fill in all the relevant information such as a title (mandatory), a description, tags, due date, and an assignee.

6. Click on 'Save' to create the 'Item'.

Create an Item from the 'Items' list:

1. Log in to web.checkd.it

2. Find the project you have in mind and open it.

3. Go to the 'Items' tab

4. Now click on 'New item' in the upper right corner of the screen.

5. Now fill in all the relevant information such as a title (mandatory), a description, tags, due date, and an assignee.

6. Click on 'Save' to create the 'Item'
