Remote support

To make it easier to troubleshoot problems, we have the ability to remotely control your computer using the leading software TeamViewer. This means that we can see the same screen while the program is running.

  1. Click on the button below to download TeamViewer.

  1. Run the downloaded file.
    (Windows: TeamViewerQS.exe, macOS: TeamViewer QuickSupport.app).
    – In some cases the file may be blocked, click on the More information-link.
    – Click on Run anyway. If it is still blocked, contact your IT department.
  2. Call support.
  3. Enter your ID and Password as shown in the program.
