This article explains how to change your account password through the My Profile menu. It walks you through the process of requesting a password reset email, setting a new password, and ensuring the new password meets the required security criteria.

1. Click on Menu.

2. Click on My profile.

3. Click on Change password.

4. Click Send.

5. An email will be sent to you with a reset link.

6. Open the email and click Set password.

7. Enter your new password. Make sure it meets the following requirements:

   • At least 6 characters

   • At least one lowercase letter

   • At least one uppercase letter

   • At least one number or special character

8. Click Set Password.
