How to archive or close an order
Follow the steps below to archive or close an order:
- Click Menu.
- Click Order.
- Click Archive/Close.
(If a portal has not been created, this button will appear as Close instead.) - Select your Service from the list.
- Select export if desired.
- Add a message if desired.
- Click Order.
