In the latest release on 04-12-2024, we are launching a new and improved checklist functionality in Work Order and Variation Orders.

At the same time as this release, work is ongoing for a new version of the mobile app, which will be released next year. Therefore, we have chosen not to develop the current version of the mobile app with the update to the checklist functionality. It is important that you take note of the information below.

Work Order 

• Client 
After today's release, it will be possible to have one or more checklists, as well as manage these and create templates for them in Administration-Communication-Checklist. The templates will replace the import of checklist items. Existing checklists before release will be converted into checklist items belonging to a checklist named “checklist.” Previous information in the comment field has been converted to the feedback field to be able to be displayed in the reports.

 
• Mobile 
Checklists will be displayed on mobile in the same way as before, meaning that checklist items will be shown in a single, continuous list. 
In cases where a user adds one or more checklists to the Work Order in the Client, the combined list of checklist items will be shown on the mobile, with a prefix containing the name of each respective checklist. See example below:

Variation Orders 

• Client 
After today's release, it will be possible to have one or more checklists, as well as manage these and create templates for them in Administration-Communication-Checklist.

 
• Mobile 
Checklists for Variation Orders cannot be presented in the current mobile version.

Please note that a special permission is required to manage the checklist template.
