Open Task management

1. Click on Menu.

2. Click on Task management.

3. Click on Tasks.

Views

Overview

The view shows cases in relation to the set task discipline. For example, tasks between Project Manager and Architect. To be able to show the relationship between the disciplines, users need to be assigned a Discipline via Menu / Users / List users.

1. Click on Overview.

2. Click on a task project.

3. Click on a cell to view the tasks.

Calendar

The view shows cases in a calendar where the end date is set.

1. Click on Calendar.

2. Click on a task project.

Delivery plan

The view shows tasks like a calendar where the end date is set but grouped by task discipline. It gives an overview of when delivery should take place from the various disciplines.

1. Click on Delivery plan.

2. Click on a task project.

Table view

The view shows tasks in a table grouped by columns.

1. Click on Table view.

2. Click on a task project.

List view

The view shows tasks in the form of a list.

1. Click on List view.

2. Click on a task project.

Map view

The view shows tasks positioned on a map.

1. Click on Map view.

2. Click on a task project.

Drawing view

The view shows tasks positioned on drawings and 3D-models.

1. Click on Drawing view.

2. Click on a case project.

Decision log

The view shows cases that have the status Ready or Closed.

1. Click on Decision log.

2. Click on a task project.

Statistics view

The view shows statistics of tasks in the form of various charts.

1. Click on Statistics view.
2. Click on a task project.
3. Click View to display charts based on e.g. Status, To, From, To (discipline), From (discipline), Priority, End date.
