This article explains how to send a password reset email to a user within the platform, a feature restricted to members of the Administrators admin group. It provides step-by-step instructions for initiating the password reset process through the User Overview page.
This feature requires membership of the Administrators admin group. See Admin groups for more information.
Send a password reset email
Follow these steps to send a password reset email to a user:
- Click on a user.
- Click on Password.
