Below are instructions on how to activate permissions and how to report a deviation using the mobile app.
How do I get started?
Assign the permission for the feature to the groups you want to have access. This is done under:
Administration → Groups & Permissions → Administrative Permissions → Menu option: Deviation in Mobile App
The user also needs to have the module permission for Deviation.
This can be found under:
Administration → Groups & Permissions → Module Permissions → Menu option: Deviation
How does it work?
When you log in to the mobile app, you’ll find the Deviation option at the bottom of the navigation bar. You may need to tap Show more to display the option.
Once inside the module, you’ll see a list of deviations. Here, you can search for a specific deviation or use the Settings button to filter by project.

Detailed Deviation Information A detailed view of a deviation. In the example below, we’ve opened a deviation related to blasting, showing both an image and relevant information.

Create New Deviation – Step 1 To create a new deviation, tap the + button. The screen shown below will appear, and here you start by entering the basic details of the deviation, such as title and description. |
Create New Deviation – Step 2 In step two, you enter more detailed information about the deviation, such as the date, which project it belongs to, the type of deviation, who the contact person is, and the reason(s) why the deviation needs to be reported. |
