Expansion of the chart of accounts import for Cloud Link.

• Synchronization of account names – Account descriptions are now updated from the accounting system.

• Synchronization of active/inactive status – When an account is activated or deactivated in the accounting system, that status is now reflected in Next.

• Error messages – If an account cannot be deactivated in Next because it is in use (e.g., on price lists or hourly rates), an email is sent with the message: "Account number (XXXX) is in use and cannot be changed."
