This article explains how to manage your Next ID account settings, including how to update personal information, change display language, and reset or update your password. Where do I find my settings?
Managing your Next ID is straightforward. In the upper right corner of the screen, you'll see an icon with your initials. Click on it to access your settings options.

On the My Settings page, you can update your basic information — such as your name — and choose which language you want Next Dashboard to be displayed in. Just keep in mind that the language setting only affects Dashboard and not any other products.

I want to change my email address. Can I do that? (Not yet implemented)
Yes, absolutely! On the My Settings page, there's a button to change your email address. It will guide you through a short flow to verify the new address.
Just remember that your email address is also your login name, so the next time you log in, make sure to use your new email address.
What do I do if I forget or want to change my password? Can my administrator help?
No problem — you can solve this yourself! On the Next ID login page, there's a "Forgot password" button. Click on it and you'll receive an email with instructions on how to enter a new password.

If you're already logged in and want to change your current password, go to "My Settings" in the upper right corner of the menu bar.

Your company's administrator can still manage your user in products like Next Project, but login to Next products is handled through your Next ID.
I have access to a Next product but it's not showing in Dashboard — why?
This is likely because One Login hasn't been activated for your user in that product yet. The activation is rolled out gradually over a period to ensure everything works smoothly. Wait a week or two, and you'll receive information when One Login has been activated for your product user.
