Folders can be configured so that all pdf-files in the folder are automatically stamped with a QR-code. The code can then be scanned in the field with a mobile phone to see if it is the latest uploaded version or if there is a later one to reduce the risk of using old drawings.

1. Click on a folder.
2. Click on the folder name.
3. Click on Edit folder (alternatively on the QR code).

4. Select the location under QR.
5. Click on Save.
   All downloaded pdf-files will be stamped with a QR-code.
