This article explains how to select files across different view modes — List, Thumbnail, and Large Thumbnail — within a PDF folder. It covers how to check files for selection and access bulk actions, such as downloading, through the Selected Files view.

List view

1. Check the box next to the file you want to select.

2. Click Selected files to see a list of your selected files and choose an action. The number shown indicates how many files you currently have selected.
