This article explains how to edit the properties of an existing file within the system. It covers the steps to access and modify file details, including publication status, name, description, file date, and status, as well as how to save those changes.
How to edit a file

Click on the row for the file you want to edit.

Click File information.

Make your desired changes. Here's what you can update:
– Published (Yes/No) — if set to No, the file is only visible to administrators. A crossed-out eye icon will appear next to the file in the list.
– Name
– Description
– File date
– Status — to change the available statuses, click the pencil icon.

Click Save.
