This article explains how to permanently delete files within the system, including the option to remove all associated file revisions. It also outlines the required permissions needed to perform this action.
This action requires the Delete right. For more information, see Admin groups.
How to delete files
- Select the files you want to delete. For help with this, see Select files.
- Click Selected files.
- Click Move to recycle bin.

- If you want to delete all revisions of the file, check Include revisions. Otherwise, move on to the next step.
- Click Delete files to confirm.
