This article explains the different options available for viewing and organizing files within a folder, including list, thumbnail, large thumbnail, and slideshow views. It also covers how to control which files are displayed by toggling between current folder and subfolder views, as well as how to show or hide file paths in the file list.
List view

Click Listview to display your files in a list format.

Thumbnail view

Click Tumbnail view to display your files as thumbnails.

Click Large tumbnailview to display your files as larger thumbnails.

Slideshow
Images and PDF files can be opened in a slideshow so you can view them in a larger version.

Click on an image or a PDF file.

Click Slideshow.

The file will open in a larger version. Use the arrows to browse through your files.

View files in the current folder or in subfolders

Click on the folder icon to control which files are displayed:
– Open folder — shows files in the current folder and its subfolders.
– Closed folder — shows only files in the current folder.

The example above shows files in the current folder and its subfolders. The current folder "Architect" is empty, but there are files in its subfolders "Models" and "PDF". If you choose to show only files in the current folder, it would show that the folder is empty.
Show or hide paths in the file list

Click on the icon to toggle path visibility:
– White icon — shows paths in the file list.
– Gray icon — hides paths in the file list.
