To create an review package, you can first merge the files, see Merge pdf-files.

Open file in the review

1. Click on the row for a pdf-file.
2. Click on the Review-icon at the bottom.

Create annotation

1. Click on the icons at the top right to select tools, e.g.
   - Line
   - Arrow
   - Rectangle (cloud)
   - Circle
   - Polygon
   - Pencil
   - Highlighter
   - Stamp
   - Etc.
2. A new row is added to the table at the bottom.

Change the status

1. Click on the row in the table.
2. Select the status in the list.
   - New comment (Pink)
   - To be addressed (Red)
   - Rejected (Dark gray)
   - New review (Orange)
   - Other forum/stage (Blue)
   - Has been resolved (Green)
3. Click on Save.

Add reply

1. Click on the row in the table.
2. Type a reply.
3. Click on Save.

Delete

1. Click on the row in the table.
2. Click on Delete.
