- You can now set customer, project, and framework agreement-specific costs and rates for hours in Hourly Rates.
- It is now possible to have multiple different groups in hourly rates as a comma-separated string. For example, the supervisor role can belong to groups A,B,C and will then be displayed in Next Mobile for all roles that belong to any of these groups, and users who have supervisor as their primary role in the user registry will see all roles assigned to group A, B, and/or C. Contact our support team if you need help setting up the groupings in Hourly Rates.
- In quotes/contracts, you can now adjust the titles of the information boxes, configured per project. A page break option for the information boxes and a setting to show only the total sum have been added to the report.
- A new option has been added to customer invoice editing: Summarize. Select the rows you want to summarize and click Summarize; a new text line will be added below the last selected row with the text "Amount" and the calculated sum.
- An option has been added when importing Wikell calculations in Procurement: "Include labor costs". If the option is not selected, the import will work as before, but if the option is selected, labor costs will be included.
