- Journal 2.0:
- Lines between each note section is added in the Journal report so it is easier for the reader to se start and end of a note sectionTo make it easier to read the notes in the Journal report a line has been added between each note section for started, ongoing and completed work.
- The entry dialogue has been adjusted, providing more space for the note field.
- Attachments are now included as PDFs in the report, not just the name of the attachement, if chosen to be included.
- Entries are now sorted by the time they were registered.
- A new option is now available in the report to show the customer's signature.
- Changes in our reports:
- New parameters "Show tender amount, Show order amount and Show invoiced amount" in report Variation Order Journal make it more flexible to show or hide certain information such as tender amount, ordered amount and invoiced amount.
- In report Variation order specification in Variation order a new option/checkbox is added for excluding invoiced orderlines, hours and costs.
- Exclude invoiced order rows and hours is possible with the new parameter "Exclude invoiced" in Daily report in Booked hours.
- In Daily report in workorder the option to exclude invoiced in the report is available, for order rows, booked costs and booked hours.
- Offer report - Title and text will not be divided by a page break. Made the gap after planning title smaller.
- The order of attachments will now match the order of the verification lines in rapport in booked cost
- Added new rights to separately control updating the costs and prices in hourly rates in standard, project and customer specific cost and prices.
- Account description is added to budget compilation. And it is now possible to filter on location in budget compilation.
- New field "Internal comment" introduced in Next Project client in "Booked hours" module. The field is going to be used when time reporting in the new mobil solution, where the user can enter comments for internal use only. The field can be hidden in the grid. The value is not visible in any pdf reports, though it can be exported if the field is visible in the grid and exported to Excel.
- Added text to send invoice button in invoice module and changed the order of the buttons to better reflect the work process.
- It is now possible to edit more project information in Project overview. Following data can now be updated:
- Project category, Project type, Type of assign, Form of compensation.
- There is a new collapsed panel to the right in the module for booked costs and revenues. This panel contains the pdf for the selected supplier invoice. It is only used for costs.
e-Invoice
- The "OCR" field has been changed to "OCR/Reference" to make it clear that it is not only OCR values that are displayed.
