Next project - Release note February 23, 2026
Note: The release notes below are preliminary for the planned release on February 23, 2026. The content may be adjusted up until the release date, for example, if planned features need to be postponed or if more items are added to the release.
Additions to the release after the article has been published are marked with green highlighting. If anything is removed from the release, it is marked with red highlighting.
What's New
- It is now possible to use account type when setting up a surcharge template. A new column for account type has been added to Administration-Finance-Surcharge Template, making it easier to configure surcharge templates without having to specify specific account numbers. The logic will always choose the most specific match when a rule is applied, where the hierarchy is: first a specific account (e.g., 4010), then 4 (all account numbers starting with 4), and finally account type. The new column is included in the export of surcharge templates.
- Users with access to forecasts can now edit the "Revenue account, Change Order" field in the forecast module even if they do not have write access to the project. This makes working with forecasts easier without having to expand project permissions.
- Added support for selecting “Sort Number” as a location when importing a Wikells file in the budget, which automatically applies it to budget rows and makes it possible to create new locations if they do not already exist.
- A dialog has been added for Send Delivery Note, where there are options to choose whether prices should be included or not when sending.
- BETA: Updated options for delivery note information. A delivery note can now be sent using either Organization Number, EAN code, or Delivery Note Address, with the following priority order:
- Delivery Note Address (the name of this field has been adjusted since the article was published)
- EAN code
- Organization number
Fixes
- A work order's diary entries are now moved if a work order is moved to another project.
- When a customer invoice with tax deduction is copied, the value for completed hours in "Select type of work" is now carried over to the new invoice. Previously, this column was empty when copying.
- Activities and locations are now available immediately after a project has been created from a template. Previously, copied activities and locations from the template could be missing from the lists even though they existed in the project.
Mobile
- The issue where long texts in Messages were cut off and the OK button was not displayed has now been fixed.
- Increased limit for how many work orders assigned to a user are retrieved and displayed.
- It is now possible to remove a work pool from a work order in the mobile app.
