What's new
Planning
- Resource Planning BETA, which will remain named Beta until we remove the old resource planning feature, is now enabled for customers with Core and Professional. You can add the resource planning permission to your user groups under Administration-Users/Permissions-Groups/Rights. Go to the Administrative rights section, search for “Planning BETA,” and select the groups that should be able to see Resource Planning BETA.
e-Invoice
- You can now display the project name as a column among the accounting rows in e-Invoice.
- The History section for a supplier now includes a Project column with the project number. When you hover over the project number, you can see the project name, and you can filter by project number. This makes it easier to see how previous invoices were posted.
- The toolbar in e-Invoice, which includes buttons for disputing an invoice and sending email, among other things, has been expanded and now extends across both the invoice list and the invoice information. You can therefore access most functions without scrolling horizontally.
- It is now once again possible to adjust whether an invoice is a credit invoice or not in all views in e-Invoice.
- Improvements when creating order rows. The Export checkbox is now selected by default for rows where an item has been found in the supplier's price list (remember to review your supplier register and link a price list to the supplier to optimize matching), but you can still change it yourself. If the invoice has multiple projects, the project from accounting row 1 is suggested automatically, so you can approve it with one click. You can change the project to any of the invoice's projects.
Project Overview
- Previously, you could get a timeout in the work order list in Project Overview when a project had many work orders. The list now loads faster and also works in large projects.
Email Archive
- When you open the email log, in both the admin and project views, the recipient panel is displayed immediately without requiring you to do anything. If the list is empty, a clear empty state is displayed instead of an error.
Fixes
Customer Invoice
- When hours are combined by job role, an invoice row can contain hours from multiple work orders or ÄTA. If you released some of the hours through "Show origin," the invoice row was reduced, but the revenue posting was not adjusted, resulting in a discrepancy. The revenue posting is now adjusted correctly.
- In some cases, an incorrect value was displayed in the Diff field under revenue posting on an invoice. The value is now calculated correctly.
- VAT invoices sent as e-invoices with c-Invoice were rejected by Crediflow with an error message stating that the total did not match. VAT invoices are now created in a way that Crediflow approves.
ÄTA
- In the ÄTA journal, you can choose to “Show invoiced amount.” If you chose to hide the amount, the total was still displayed in the report's Total amount row. The invoiced amount is now also hidden there when you choose to hide the invoiced amount.
e-Invoice
- Recently added information notices in e-Invoice were not displayed correctly when you exported to Excel. Formatting such as bold text and line breaks was handled incorrectly. They are now exported with the correct formatting.
- The comment field in e-Invoice previously lacked a character limit check. It now works the same way as in the Anbud/Avtal module, with a limit of 128,000 characters.
- Autosave has been reintroduced when an invoice is posted and then marked as Ready for approval.
