News
- Update of existing customer invoice
- When creating the invoice, you can now select which costs you want to include on your invoice. The selection button can be found to the right in each section for Supplier Invoices, Hours, and Order Lines in the dialog where the invoice choices are made. The selection includes billable items, and if no selection is made, all billable items are included as before.
- You can now also update an already created, unlocked customer invoice with new costs. Choose the cost source (AO/Change Orders or diary), select specific lines, and combine costs from multiple modules in the same invoice. New lines appear at the bottom of the invoice under a separate heading. These can be moved to the desired location.
Review the lines – you can remove individual lines from the invoice if they should not be included (NOTE!
the original item is still marked as invoiced for now, similar to the other functionality available today.)
- Project name in the work order and VO modules
You will now find the column "Project Name" in the work order and Variation Order modules if Show underlying data is enabled. The column is also included in Excel exports.
- Summary row in the forecast module
An optional summary row has been reintroduced in the forecast module. You can easily toggle the row on or off using the new "Show summary" button, which is especially useful for tracking multiple subprojects under the same contract when Show underlying data is enabled.
- API users and groups are hidden
- API users and their associated groups are no longer shown in the user and rights groups in Administration. This reduces the risk of integration settings being accidentally changed.
Mobile
- Delivery note in the mobile app
- It is now possible in the mobile app to register resources also via Time and Diary.
Fixes
- Status color was missing in Order Lines in Journal 2.0
The status color indicator for work order/Change Orders was not shown in Order Lines in the diary. This has now been fixed.
- Could not remove start and end times in the journal
A new clear icon (x) has been added to the time fields so you can easily remove registered start and end times.
- Sub-options in the journal were not deactivated correctly
In the dialog for creating or copying a journal entry, sub-options were not automatically deactivated and unchecked when a parent option was unchecked. This has now been corrected.
- Incorrect time calculation when changing start and end times in the journal
Time was calculated incorrectly when the date was changed and then the start or end time was adjusted. This has now been fixed.
- Corrected translation in Nuvo import
- The button to confirm and import valid rows was previously shown as "Clear rows" in Swedish, which was misleading. The text has now been changed to "Correct rows".
