What's New
The company’s registered office is now displayed on the invoice report
The Fax field has been replaced by the company’s registered office in the footer of the invoice report. Other reports with the same footer have also been updated. The value for the company’s registered office is retrieved from a new field in Administration - Settings - Office/Company, where the registered office must be filled in by an administrator at your company.
Mobile
Sort work orders by status on mobile
You can now sort your work orders by status directly on your mobile device. This makes it easier to plan and prioritize your work on the go.
The time clock now follows the set time interval
The time clock on the mobile start page previously always rounded to the nearest quarter hour. It now follows the time interval you have set in the system, down to one minute.
Fixes
The view did not update after copying a work order
When you copied a work order to the same project, the list did not update immediately. This has now been fixed and the new work order appears right away without needing to reload.
Activity and status missing in time registration dialog
You could not select activity or status directly in the dialog when creating a new time entry in Book hours. This has now been fixed and the fields work as expected.
Inventory balance was not updated on invoices without amounts
When an invoice without any revenue account lines was unlocked, the inventory balance was not updated. This has now been fixed.
Customer contact list did not update in Invoice
After adding a new manual invoice, new customer contacts were not displayed without reloading. This has now been fixed and the list updates correctly.
Filtering by project manager showed incorrect projects when changing month
In Approve hours and travel customer, incorrect projects were shown if filtered by project manager and switching between months. This has now been fixed.
Images were not displayed correctly in deviation report
Images attached to deviations were not shown in the generated deviation report if they were not already cached. This has now been fixed and images display correctly regardless.
Closed work orders were shown despite not being selected
Even though "Show closed work orders" was not checked, closed work orders could incorrectly appear in certain views. This has now been fixed in both the work order module and resource planning.
Deviation documents were not shown with Show underlying data enabled
When selecting a deviation from a subproject with Show underlying data enabled, no documents appeared in the document tab. This has now been fixed so that documents display correctly.
