What's New

• Today, summaries of amounts are displayed at the top of columns in various views in Next. It is now possible to activate the display of subtotals, select rows, and then have those rows summed at the top below the total calculation. Click on the header row where the summaries are displayed, for example in the Project Overview or in Work Orders, to activate subtotals with parentheses under the total sum. 
• A shared favorite view is now also available in Forecast
• It is now possible to hide rows you do not use in Key Figures/Billing on the project card; this is saved per user just like regular columns.
• An invoice with tax deduction for ROT or Green Technology can no longer be locked if it does not contain either a property name OR the condominium association number + apartment number.
• Checkbox "Invoiced" and a column for the customer invoice number have been added in Order Lines in Change Orders (ÄTA) so you can see which lines have been invoiced and on which invoice. 
• Performance optimization in modules when "Show underlying data" is used. 

The New Mobile Solution

• Information about which price list an item belongs to is now shown in the item search.
• It is now possible to add and remove staffing on a work order in mobile. 
• Fields for property information have been added when creating a new customer.

Fixes

• Revenue accounting - When editing existing empty invoice lines so that they get an amount, we now ensure that the revenue goes to the same work order as the other invoice lines. 
• Performance improvements - Improved startup time for Next Project.
• Fixed an issue where users could not save invoice lines due to missing rights for revenue accounting.

The New Mobile Solution

• Price on the item is now shown in the create order line form if price display is enabled. 
• Fix in the mobile time overview to ensure that the first day of the week is always Monday
• Display issue resolved, the last entry in the list of diaries now shows correctly. 
• It is now possible to report zero hours of absence in the new mobile app
• Fixed a bug where favorites were not shown at all if the user only had project- or customer-specific favorites. 
• Improvements to the search in the dropdown list for work orders where, in some cases, too many results could be displayed.
