What's New
- We have improved readability in checklist reports by giving more space to code and description, as well as increasing the spacing between rows.
- A new module permission, "Adjust invoicable", has been created for Booked Hours.
- A column for Current CM% has been added to the Project Overview. Current CM% is calculated as ((Recognized Revenue - Posted Cost) / Recognized Revenue) x 100
- Reference fields on the project card can now be set as mandatory. Contact Next support if you wish to require any of the fields to be filled in order to create a new project or modify an existing one.
- It is now possible to change activity and mode on posted costs, posted hours, and order rows even after they have been invoiced, provided the user has the appropriate permission.
Mobile
- The customer reference is now retrieved from the project, according to the project's settings, when work orders and change orders are created in the mobile app.
- When a report is sent via email from the mobile app, the project's contact list is now displayed as the default option, making it easier and faster to select the correct recipient without having to search among all contacts in the system.
- The section Continue started activities on the start page in the mobile app has been clarified. Categories such as Work Orders and Daily Reports have been added. If an activity concerns the Main Commitment, the project name is now displayed instead of the word Main Commitment, making it easier to identify which project the activity belongs to.
- It is now possible to hide the start/stop icon on the start page in the new mobile solution via a new setting. Go to Settings (the gear icon) in the mobile app and activate Hide clock widget if you wish to hide it.
Fixes
- Status updates on work orders are now correctly logged in the status history when invoices are created from a work order and the option Mark work order as completed is selected in the Create Invoice dialog.
- Work Order Schedule under Planning is now disabled in the client for users who do not have it activated, instead of previously showing a blank page after the February 9 release.
- An issue where scrolling did not work in the views for Workforce, Weather and New and changed documents in Daily Report 2.0 has now been fixed.
- The supplier list in Purchasing expanded abnormally when supplier information contained long values. This has now been fixed.
- It is now again possible to clear the revenue account in forecasts.
e-Invoice
- The fields Activity and Mode in Posting in e-Invoice are now displayed correctly and no longer have a display error.
