Information:
As of November 17, 2025, we are fully transitioning to our new mobile solution - read more information here.
News:
- It is now possible to send emails to contacts in the Contact List within a project and to View email archives in the Contact List.
- The search in the customer and supplier register has been improved for increased user-friendliness.
- Leading and trailing spaces are now automatically ignored during search, making it easier to find the correct entries even if an extra space is accidentally typed.
- If the search returns only one result (a customer or supplier), the entry is now automatically selected in the list for quicker access and easier navigation.
New mobile solution
- Phrases are now available to use when reporting time.
- Under status settings for work orders and variation orders in the client's administration interface, you can now select which statuses should not be selectable when a user manages work orders or variation orders via mobile.
- The MEM.MandatoryComment setting, which determines whether a comment is mandatory or not when adding an order line on mobile, now also controls this in the new mobile version.
Fixes:
- Permission to Contact List and Payment Plan is now independent of the permission to Project. This means that a user group can get access to these tabs even if they do not have full permission set on the Project module.
New mobile solution
- If a work order has staffed resources, you can now see and adjust individual start and stop times for each person directly via the staffing selector. In this case, the work order's production start and production end are disabled on mobile to avoid confusion.
