Known bug after yesterday's release
Yesterday we released the update below. We have now discovered that it caused an error. We are working on a fix that will be in place no later than Thursday morning. However, there is a workaround described below.
What the error means
If a purchase lacks a supplier whose status is marked as final, no suppliers are displayed at all – and the Show All checkbox is not clickable; it is grayed out.
How to work around this in the meantime
- Add a new supplier to the purchase.
- Set the supplier to a status marked as final.
- Now the Show All checkbox becomes clickable – check it.
- After that, you can remove the supplier you just added. It was only needed to unlock the checkbox.
Good to know
Your choice of Show All is saved. When you move on to the next purchase or project, the check remains, so you will see all suppliers there as well – you only need to do this once.
