This article explains how to use the Time Schedule feature within the Procurement module to manage and visualize key procurement dates. It covers how to input critical dates such as delivery, tender, and evaluation timelines on a procurement item, and how to use the Time Schedule tab to monitor milestones and ensure timely delivery aligned with project start dates.
On a procurement item, you can fill in important dates related to your procurement, such as the desired delivery date, delivery time, tender time, and evaluation time. You can also indicate when the project is due to start.

Viewing your Time Schedule
Once you've filled in your dates, head over to the Time Schedule tab. This gives you a clear view of all your key dates and highlights when you need to send the enquiry, submit the tender, and place the order — all so your goods arrive by the time your project is ready to kick off.
