This article explains how to navigate and manage the project tree in Next Project, including how to organize projects using folders and sub-projects. It covers how to expand folders, move projects between folders, and provides guidance on creating new folders while managing their visibility settings.
In Next Project, you can organize your projects by sorting them into different folders. For example, you might have folders for Contracts, Construction Service, Groundworks, and more.

Quick tip! You can create new folders the same way you create new projects. It's worth remembering to choose a status that makes the project not visible on mobile, since a folder project only serves to organize your project tree structure. By default, projects with a status from Ordered to Fully Invoiced are visible on mobile.
