Reporting on a Work Order
If you have work orders assigned to you via Work Orders in Next Project, report on the work order through the Work Orders feature on your mobile device. Ensure you report both labor hours and any materials used.

To report on a work order:
1. Log in to Next Mobile and select Work Orders.
2. The first tab, "All," displays all work orders assigned to you personally, while the "Pool" tab shows work orders assigned to a group you belong to.
3. Choose the work order you have worked on by clicking on it.
4. Review information about your work order, such as task description or client details.
5. Change to the relevant status.
6. Enter any reporting details.
7. Press Save.
8. The favorites list appears. Specify any machinery/tools/materials used.
9. Add/take photos for documentation if necessary. Do this by clicking on the Image button at the bottom left.
10. To report your work hours on the work order, either use the Time button at the bottom left in the work order or go back to the home menu and report time as per the routine for time reporting.
Creating Work Orders in Mobile
To create a new work order on your phone, follow these steps:
1. Log in to Next Mobile.
2. Select Work Orders.
3. To create a new work order, press the + button in the upper right corner.
4. Fill in the work order information.
5. Look up the project to which the work order belongs.
6. Leave the AO number field blank, and Next Mobile will automatically generate an order number.
7. In the "Work Order" field, enter the work order's name, including the address (e.g., Gravel Delivery Degebergavägen).
8. Select the client, including a contact person.
9. Enter the client's reference number, i.e., their invoice marking.
10. Assign the work order to yourself by clicking on the figure or assign it to the person performing the work. You can also place the work order in a pool by choosing a group in the "Work Pool" field.
11. Change the relevant status for the work order.
12. Task Description: Enter a description of the job.
13. Reporting: Enter any reporting details. This information can be included in reports and invoices.
14. Add/take photos as needed.
15. Press Save. The work order is created, and you can now report on it.
Signing Work Orders
In Next Mobile, customers can sign work orders. You can do this through the Work Orders feature on your mobile device.
To sign a work order:
1. Log in to Next Mobile.
2. If you have a work order assigned to you, click on Work Orders. If you are working on a different work order, select Search and find the work order. You can also create a new work order after entering Work Orders.
3. In the top right corner, there is a button for signing.
4. Click on it and ask the customer to sign the work order. Press Save. The signature is saved as an image on the work order.
5. You will now be asked if you want to send the signature to the customer. If there is an email address registered for the customer contact, you can proceed.
Searching for a Work Order
If you have a work order assigned to you or a group you are part of, it will be displayed when you enter Work Orders on your mobile. In other cases, you need to search for the work order using the Search option in Next Mobile.

Via the search function, you can search by project number, project name, work order number, or work order name.
Fetching Documents in Next Mobile
1. Go to Next Mobile and select Documents.
2. Search for the projects from which you want to fetch documents.
3. Once you have selected the project, a list of available documents will appear.
4. Click on the icon on the right to enlarge the document.
5. From here, you can also upload photos/documents.
