In Next Mobile, you report your worked hours, salary supplements, and, if applicable, the machines/tools you have used in your work. The reported time in Next Mobile serves as the basis for calculation of salary and, in some cases, invoicing.
You also have the option to report salary supplements (such as per diem, mileage reimbursement, etc.) and compensations and overtime. The specific reporting process in your organisation depends on the terms of your agreements.
Example: Let's say you've worked a full day (8 hours) on behalf of a client. During the day, you've worked regular hours split between two different projects.
When reporting time, you would first report your 4 hours on Project A, along with any machines/tools used, and then report the remaining 4 hours on Project B.

Tips and Things to Consider!
-
Report your time day by day; it only takes a few minutes.
-
All days should have at least 8 hours (presence+absence).
-
To switch weeks, swipe the view left (forward in time) or right (backward in time).
-
If you have reported incorrect time or forgotten to add materials, you can go back to your registered time and make changes. Once the time is approved by the office, it turns green in Next Mobile, and you can no longer edit it. In that case, ask someone in the office for assistance.
-
If you work on the same project for an extended period or are absent, you can choose "Copy the previous day" or "Fill week/copy week." Note that it's a copy, make any necessary adjustments!
-
When reporting in Next Mobile, the system remembers your last reporting. This applies even when selecting "New" when you finish a time report.
-
What you report is the basis for your salary. This means you should report at least 40 hours/week if you are a full-time employee and specify any deviations from regular working hours.
If you want an overview of your week with hours and any salary supplements, click on the small paper icon in the top right corner of the calendar view under Time.
