This article explains how to report worked hours, salary supplements, and equipment usage in Next Mobile, and how this information is used as the basis for salary calculation and invoicing. It covers the full reporting process, including logging attendance, selecting projects and work orders, entering hours and diary notes, and uploading images. The article also provides guidance on adding Next Mobile as a shortcut on both Android and iOS devices for quick access.
In Next Mobile, you report your worked hours, salary supplements, and any machines or tools you've used. What you report forms the basis for calculating your salary and, in some cases, invoicing.
You can also report salary supplements (such as per diem, mileage reimbursement, etc.), compensations, and overtime. The specific reporting process in your organization depends on the terms of your agreements.
Example: Let's say you've worked a full day (8 hours) for a client, splitting your time between two different projects. You would first report your 4 hours on Project A — along with any machines or tools used — and then report the remaining 4 hours on Project B.
Adding Next Mobile as a Shortcut on Your Mobile Device
To make it easy to get back to Next Mobile, we recommend saving it as a shortcut on your home screen.
-
Open your Next Mobile link in your mobile device's browser:
-
If you're on Android, use Google Chrome.
Chrome browser icon — no system screen loaded.

Tips and Things to Keep in Mind
-
Report your time day by day — it only takes a few minutes.
-
Every day should have at least 8 hours recorded (presence + absence combined).
-
To switch between weeks, swipe the view left to move forward in time, or right to go back.
-
If you reported incorrect time or forgot to add materials, you can go back and make changes. Once your time has been approved by the office, it turns green in Next Mobile and can no longer be edited — in that case, reach out to someone in the office for help.
-
If you're working on the same project for an extended period or are repeatedly absent, you can use Copy the previous day or Fill week/copy week. Just remember — it's a copy, so make any adjustments needed!
-
Next Mobile remembers your last report when you're entering time. This also applies when you press New after finishing a time report.
-
What you report is the basis for your salary. If you're a full-time employee, you should report at least 40 hours per week and note any deviations from your regular working hours.
If you'd like a weekly overview showing your hours and any salary supplements, tap the small paper icon in the top right corner of the calendar view under Time.
Toolbar icon — note the document/new file action button.
