This article explains how to set up and use the Personnel Registry feature in Next Mobile for managing your own staff check-ins and check-outs. It covers the required permissions and configuration in Next Project, as well as the step-by-step process for checking in and out of a project using the mobile interface.
Setup
To use the Personnel Registry in Next Mobile, you'll need the following permissions set up in Next Project:
Modulrättigheter panel — note the highlighted Full rättighet checkbox for a module.
Each user also needs a personal identification number entered in the user registry, which you can find under the Administration tab.
Make sure there is a workplace ID on the project in Next Project. You can find this in the relevant column on the project card.
Check-In
Select "Personnel Registry" from the main menu.
Click in the white area next to "Project."
You'll now see a list of projects that have a workplace ID assigned.

Click on the red round circle labeled "Check-In."

Once checked in, the circle will turn green — that means you're successfully checked into the project.
Check-Out
Select "Personnel Registry" from the main menu.
Choose the project you want to check out from, the same way you selected it when checking in.
Click on the green round circle labeled "Check-Out."
