Approving Hours in Booked hours > Hours Project
Filtering the hours
Go to the project you want to see the reported hours on (in the example below 2745). Click on the module Booked hours and then on Hours project.
If desired, select the Month you want to look at on the toolbar at the top.
If you want an alternative date filter, follow these steps:
-
Take up the filter function.
-
Click on the empty green field under the column Date.
-
Choose a filter, e.g., between Date1 and Date2.
Approving the hours
-
To approve multiple rows simultaneously, select the first entry and click on the last entry while holding down the Shift key on your keyboard. Alternatively, choose one row at a time while holding down the Ctrl key.
-
Click on Approve hours on the toolbar at the top:
-
The hours are now approved!
NOTE: if you're in a project that has under projects and have Look down active in the project tree you will see even hours reported on the under projects.
Approving Hours in Booked hours > Time Person
Unlike the Hours project sub-tab, Hours person isn't connected to any specific project. This means you will see all reported hours for each user, on all projects they have reported time on.
In the time view, you can see all personnel time registration, regardless of which project you clicked on in the tree view.
-
Pink or red marking indicates that the time is not approved and/or that the time deviates from the normal 8 hours/day.
-
Green marking indicates that the time is approved.
-
On the right, there is a summary of the person for the entire month, as well as a summary for all employees per month.
-
Approved hours can no longer be edited on mobile by the person who reported them.
To approve time:
-
Click on the person on the left.
-
To approve multiple people's time simultaneously, select one person at a time while holding down the Ctrl key on the keyboard.
-
Click on the Approve hours icon.
-
The hours are now approved and ready to be included in payroll.
If you want to change the month you can either click on the arrows to jump to to the previous/next month, or click on the calendar icon and choose a specific date.
Print Payroll Report
To print a payroll report, click on the PDF icon and select Print Hour Report.
In the pop-up window Pick options for report you will see all the parameters that are adjustable for the report you chose. Click on Preview if you make a change in the parameters and wish to see the updated report. Once you've made your selection, click on Print, Send email, or Save document.

Previous updates
2025
December 2025
- It is now possible to report zero hours in absence in the new mobile
November 2025
- For customer invoices marked with tax deduction, you can now manually edit the number of hours the work refers to. Under the Tax deduction tab - "Choose type of work" which is opened via the house icon, a new column has been added: Work hours
- With this function, the user can enter the number of hours to the Tax Agency even when the invoice line is based on a fixed price. The column is pre-filled with the value from the invoice line. If you manually change the value in the column and then update the invoice line, the content is overwritten with the new value from the invoice
September 2025
- Booked hours – Hours person. Clicking in the cell has been improved to fetch data correctly
- New button in Posted costs to download a PDF file containing all selected vendor invoices. Mark the rows, ctrl+click, that have PDF files that you want to combine into one PDF and then click the icon to download vendor invoice images, see below. NOTE! It was noticed after the release that only users with full permission to Posted cost/int can use the function. A fix for this will be released in the next release on September 22. Then users who have read-only access can also print a PDF that includes multiple vendor invoices

January 2025

But note that this field is not available in the current mobile version but only in the client at the moment
