This article explains how to preview an invoice so that you can see what the recipient will see.

To view how an invoice document looks, click on the PDF icon (Print).

In the dialog that appears, you can select various options.

To print, right-click anywhere on the page. In the menu that appears, choose "Print..."
- To print or display the image in a separate tab, click on ‘Print’. You can also click with the right mouse button anywhere on the page. In the menu that appears, select ‘Print...’

If you want to save as a PDF, right-click anywhere on the page. In the menu that appears, choose "Save As." In the dialog that appears, locate a location on your computer where you want to save the document, then give the document a name. Click Save.

- A user can now copy one or more invoice lines from a locked or unlocked invoice. The lines can be copied to an existing invoice or invoice template, either within the same project or to another. When a copied line is added, it is treated as a manually added invoice line from a posting perspective and revenue posting values are not copied
