Next c-Invoice is our service for invoice distribution, covering both physical and electronic invoices. In this article, we'll go through the prerequisites and how to send an invoice with Next c-Invoice. If you do not have this service, please contact aftermarknad@next-tech.com for assistance.
Add Users in Groups/Permissions
Add users who should be able to send invoices with c-Invoice by:

Open Administration - Groups/Rights.

Add the users who should be able to send invoices via c-Invoice to the "c-Invoice admin" group by checking the box next to each user who should have this right.
Prepare Customer Registry
Open the customer registry with the "Customers" button.

Ensure that the personal or organization number is filled in.

Go to the Advanced tab or fill in the columns for each customer directly.

Fill in the invoice type field with the way you want the customer to receive their invoice (EDI, email, or paper). If left blank, the invoice will be delivered by post.
For EDI invoices, we send the organization number. If the customer has provided a GLN number, fill it in the Electronic Address column (see image above).
For email, fill in the email address. If there are multiple email addresses for the customer, the priority is as follows:

Customer contact's "Invoice email"

Customer's "Invoice email"

Customer's "Email"
For post, fill in the complete postal address.
Send Invoice with c-Invoice

Go to the Invoice tab.

Ensure that the invoice has the desired invoice type, is locked, and has an external invoice number (see example below). If the Invoice type field is left blank and the invoice is sent with c-Invoice, it will be sent by post.

Click the following symbol, Send invoice.

Choose Next c-Invoice.
Note: All attached documents that are checked will accompany the invoice. If you want to remove these, do so under the Invoice Attachments tab when the invoice is selected.
Check Status
When an invoice is sent, the Distribution Status column is updated with: Date, time, and the name of the person who clicked "NEXT c-Invoice."
If you don't see the Status column under the Invoice tab, hover the mouse pointer over any column, click the small black arrow – Choose Columns – Select Status.
Resend an Invoice
If the invoice needs to be resent for any reason, it needs to be unlocked for resending, which you can do via the menu button above the invoices.
If you lack the authorization, contact Next Support.
Check Invoice Delivery
To check the delivery of a customer invoice, log in to Crediflow's web service. You will receive login details via kundservice@crediflow.se, telephone number 042-12 70 50.
In some cases, Crediflow may contact you when they cannot ensure the recipient during EDI invoicing. In such cases, contact your customer to find out which operator they use. This is an exceptional scenario, but we want to mention that it can happen.
