Comment field where additional information about, for example, the credit invoice can be provided. |
Status |
Describes the status of the invoice. Invoice statuses are set up under Administration. |

Customer Representative |
Name of the customer, retrieved from the Project Card or work order. |
Customer Type |
Customer type from the customer register. |
Contact |
Customer's contact person, retrieved from the Project Card or work order. |
Customer Ref No |
Customer's reference number. Retrieved from the project card, customer contact, or work order. |
Customer Ref No 2 |
Additional customer reference, manually entered on the invoice. |
Our Reference |
Project manager, retrieved from the project card. |
Invoice Type |
E.g., EDI, email, paper. Used in conjunction with sending the invoice with the c-Invoice service. |
Ready for Invoice |
Checkbox, indicates that the invoice basis is ready for invoicing. See also the section on Production and Finance Workflow Tips. |
Locked |
Locks the invoice for editing. Provides the opportunity to send the invoice to the financial system. |
Distribution Status |
Shows how, when, and by whom the invoice was sent. Used in conjunction with the c-Invoice service. |
Hide Mark up |
Hides the markup on the invoice report. |
Hide Code No |
Hides the code on the invoice report. |
Invoice Date |
Invoice date. Can be entered manually. If the field is empty when the invoice is locked, today's date is automatically set as the invoice date. |
Bookkeeping entry |
Sent as the invoice date to the financial system. Used when revenue is to be booked in a month other than when it is sent to the customer. Usually, the month before creation. |
Due Date |
Invoice due date. Controlled by 1. Payment terms on the customer, 2. Payment terms manually specified/changed in the Invoice - Overview sub-tab. |
Paid Date |
Date when the invoice was paid. Retrieved back to Next Project from certain financial systems. |
Subtotal (excl VAT) |
Invoice amount excluding VAT. |
VAT Amount |
VAT amount. |
Total (incl VAT) |
Invoice amount including any VAT. |
Tax reduction Amount |
Tax reduction amount for invoices of types ROT, RUT, Green technology. Only applies for Swedish installations |
Unit Price |
The amount the customer should pay. |
Contractor VAT |
Marked if the invoice concerns reverse charge. |
No VAT |
Marked if the entire invoice is VAT-free. |
