The administrator sends a registration link to the bidders who register to access the files. Access is given via a simplified interface where only the content of the folder is available.

Via the project

If the registration link is sent via the project, our noreply-address will be used as the sender and not your own email address.

1. Click on the row for a bid.
2. Click on Invite.

3. Fill in the subject.
4. Fill in the recipient.
5. Write a message.
6. Click on Send.

7. An email is sent to the recipients and a copy to the sender with information on who has been invited.

 

Via your own mail client

If the registration link is sent via your own mail client, your own e-mail address is used as the sender.

1. Click on the icon to copy the Link for registration.

2. Open the desired mail client.
3. Fill in the recipient.
4. Write a message.
5. Paste the copied link.
6. Send the message.
7. An email is sent to the recipients and a copy to the sender with information on who has been invited.
