This article explains how administrators can invite bidders to register and access project files by sending them a registration link. It covers two methods for sending invitations: through the project platform (using a no-reply address) or through your own mail client (using your personal email address as the sender).
As an administrator, you can send a registration link to bidders so they can register and access files. They'll see a simplified interface that shows only the contents of the relevant folder.
Via the project
If you send the registration link through the project, the email will come from our no-reply address — not your own email address.
- Click on the row for a bid.
- Click Invite.
Förfrågan list page showing ongoing inquiries and the item action toolbar.
- Fill in the subject.
- Fill in the recipient.
- Write a message.
- Click Send.
E-post page showing subject, BCC recipients, message body, and Send button callouts.
Once sent, your recipients will receive the email and the sender will receive a copy with information on who has been invited.
Via your own mail client
If you send the registration link through your own mail client, your own email address will appear as the sender.
- Click the icon to copy the Link for registration.
Förfrågan list showing active enquiries; note the registration link copy button highlighted.
- Open your preferred mail client.
- Fill in the recipient.
- Write a message.
- Paste the copied link into the message.
- Send the message.
Once sent, your recipients will receive the email and the sender will receive a copy with information on who has been invited.
