The bid module creates a unique folder that can be shared with bidders. The administrator sends a registration link to the tenderers who register to access the files. Access is given via a simplified interface where only the content of the folder is available.
Via Bid
- Click on Menu.
- Click on Bid.
- Click on Create new bid (alternatively on List bids / Create new bid).
- Fill in the name of the bid.
- Fill in any closing date. Closure is not automatic on this date but is shown as information. An email will also be sent to you as a reminder.
- Choose whether notifications should be sent if new files are added.
- Click on Save.
- A folder is created by default under Bid / Project / (your bid).
(A admin group is also created and linked to the folder).
- Create any subfolders.

Via Explorer
- Open Explorer, see Open Explorer.
- Click on Bid / Project (alternatively on Bid).
- Click on the folder name.
- Click on Create new bid.
If multiple links to different folders are desired but they belong to the same project, they can be grouped in one main folder. Click on Create folder instead of Create new bid. Then click on the new folder in the folder tree and then on Create new bid.

Create cover page
- Click on the row for a bid.
- Click on Create cover page.
- Fill in the form.
- Click on Save.
- A pdf-file is created and added to the folder. The file contains the title, description and a list of included files. If new files are added to the bid, a new cover page must be created to update the file list.
