To access a document, you'll need to register as a tenderer for the first time. Registration is completed using a link sent to you by the administrator.

How to register as a bidder

1. Open the email containing your invitation.
2. Click on the registration link.

1. Click Log in if you already have an account.
2. Click Register if you don't have an account yet.
