To access a document, you'll need to register as a tenderer for the first time. Registration is completed using a link sent to you by the administrator.
How to register as a bidder
- Open the email containing your invitation.
- Click on the registration link.

- Click Log in if you already have an account.
- Click Register if you don't have an account yet.

- A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address.
