Export
Files only
- Select files, see Select files.
- Click on Selected files.
- Click on Export.
- Fill in the Name of the export (to select the correct one when importing).
- Fill in Recipient (by default, logged in user is set).
- Check Include revisions if revisions should also be exported. Otherwise proceed to the next step.
- Click on Save.
Folders and files
- Click on the desired folder.
- Click on the folder name.
- Click on Export.
- Fill in the Name of the export (to select the correct one when importing).
- Fill in Recipient (by default, logged in user is set).
- Check Include revisions if revisions should also be exported. Otherwise proceed to the next step.
- Click on Save.
Import
Files or folders
- Click on the desired folder.
- Click on the folder name.
- Click on Import.
- Click on the name of the export you want to import.
- Uncheck Include files if only the folders are to be imported. Otherwise, go to the next step.
- Uncheck Delete after import if the folders or files are to be imported multiple times. Otherwise, go to the next step.
- Click on Import.
Delete an import from the list
- Click on the desired folder.
- Click on the folder name.
- Click on Import.
- Click on the name of the export you want to delete.
- Click on Delete.
