We will migrate the document solution for your database.
The work will be carried out at the following times and will cause short downtime for Next Project during one or more of the sessions:

Friday after 4:00 PM until Sunday at 11:59 PM

Monday to Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 11:59 PM
Important: You must check in all your documents by Friday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday no later than 3:59 PM!
Any files that are not checked in before the migration will be marked as checked in by Next during the migration. This means that any changes will not be saved in Docs and will only remain locally on the computer in question.
We disclaim responsibility for any files that you fail to check in on time.
If you have one or more files checked out, the following options are available to handle the changes:

Option 1: Manage local changes by checking out the document again and manually updating it with the changes made in the document stored locally on your computer.

Option 2: Upload the local document to NEXT again. You will be given the choice to either replace the existing file or create a new file.
Once the migration is completed, we will inform you through a new banner in Next, which will include a link to instructions on how to download the new Next Docs software.
All active Next Docs users will need to download the new software to manage documents in Next Project.
